Our Services

5 Min Car Wash provides vehicle wash services on a pay-per-wash and membership basis. Wash packages, pricing, and included features are described on our website and may change at any time; changes to pricing will not affect washes or memberships already purchased.

Memberships

Membership plans renew automatically on a monthly basis until cancelled. By signing up for a membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current; a failed payment may result in suspension of membership benefits until the balance is resolved. Memberships are intended for personal, non-commercial use tied to a single vehicle and are not transferable between vehicles or shared among multiple people without our approval.

Vehicle Care and Liability

We take reasonable care with every vehicle that comes through our wash, but our equipment and processes carry some inherent risk. By using our Services, you acknowledge that pre-existing damage, loose or aftermarket parts, and certain vehicle modifications can be affected by the wash process, and that we are not responsible for damage resulting from these conditions. If you believe your vehicle was damaged due to our equipment or staff, report it promptly using the process in our Refund Policy so we can investigate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the wash or membership giving rise to the claim.

Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or use any automated system to access the site without our permission. Content on this website, including logos, text, and images, is owned by 5 Min Car Wash and may not be used without our permission.

Accounts

If you create a membership account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
